Where does Frame keep my photos?

It doesn't. Frame shows you the photos that are already in your library. Your portfolio is a list of those photos plus an album called "Frame Portfolio" in the Photos app. Nothing is uploaded; the app has no servers. See the privacy policy.

I deleted a photo by mistake

Right after a swipe left you have five seconds to tap Undo. After that, open the Photos app and look in Recently Deleted: iOS keeps deleted photos there for thirty days.

Why does iOS ask me to confirm a delete?

iOS asks before any app deletes a photo, and apps cannot switch that off. When you keep going after the daily photo, Frame collects what you swipe left and asks once for the whole batch.

I edited a photo but I can't find it

An edit is saved as a new photo, dated the day you saved it. The original is left untouched, so you will see both. Look in Recents, or in the "Frame Portfolio" album.

Saving an edit fails

Frame saves from the full-size original. If that original is only in iCloud, your iPhone has to download it first, which needs a connection. Try again on Wi-Fi. Frame only says a save worked when the photo actually reached your library.

Frame only sees some of my photos

You may have given it access to selected photos only. In Frame, tap the gear, then Manage selected photos. To give it the whole library, open the Settings app, then Apps, Frame, Photos.

What does Pro unlock?

Unlimited catch-up (ten extra photos a day are free), all six looks (three are free) and a portfolio with no cap (fifty photos are free). The daily photo and the editor are free.

Yearly or Lifetime?

Yearly is a subscription that renews each year until you cancel. Lifetime is one payment with no renewal. They unlock the same things.

I already paid but the app says I haven't

Tap the gear, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with.

I have a code. Where do I redeem it?

Tap the gear, then Redeem a code. Apple's sheet opens; enter the code there.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Frame, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the year you paid for ends.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us too if something went wrong; it helps us fix it.

Which iPhones does Frame run on?

Any iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The exceptions are buying or restoring Frame Pro, which goes through Apple, and photos whose originals are only in iCloud.

How do I change or stop the daily reminder?

Tap the gear to change its time. To stop it, open the Settings app, then Notifications, Frame.
